18 Jet Cast Iron Duckbill Burner for Commercial Stove with high quality brass jets.
Auscrown's 18 Jet Duckbill Cast Iron Burner is great for commercial Chinese wok burners or any other applications requiring a high heat. These commercial burners are very durable and have been carefully crafted and beautifully casted. Each brass jet gives a beautiful blue flame, specially designed to reduce yellow tipping to minimise any 'sooting' (carbon build up) on your pots and pans. These burners are designed to work on a low pressure regulator only such as our TPA7010.
The use of a high pressure regulator on a low pressure burner will result in incomplete combustion and increased risk of fire/ gas leakage.
