Delivery & Shipping
Austcrown Pty Ltd ships goods Australia wide using Fastway Couriers, Bohaul Express, Toll Ipec, Australia Post and other carriers.
Shipping prices are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. You can get an estimate of your shipping costs at the product page and an exact shipping cost will be calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
In stock items are dispatched within 2-3 business days (from the day payment is received) and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Do you ship your products to overseas?
Yes we can, however at this time we are unable to process international orders through our website, please contact us directly at info@auscrown.com to enquire about international deliveries.
Can I change my order after I have received a confirmation email?
Yes, you must contact us by phone on 03 9873 5811 or email at info@auscrown.com immediately with your order number. We can only change your order if the goods have not been dispatched.
Can I have my order sent to my place of work?
Yes. When you place an order you are asked to enter the shipping details if different from contact details

We accept Direct Deposit, PayPal, Visa and MasterCard using PayWay global payment gateway.
Pricing & Sales Tax
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and all transactions are processed in AUD inclusive of 10% GST.
Return and Exchange Policy
What do I do if I receive a faulty product?
Austcrown Pty Ltd will consider any reasonable reason for exchanging a product within 14 days of receiving your order.
Austcrown Pty Ltd will gladly refund an order up to the original price of the item or replace faulty items purchased online in accordance with the following:
1. You must notify Austcrown Pty Ltd of the fault within 14 days of receiving the items via email or phone.
2. Do not return the items unless you are instructed by Austcrown Pty Ltd customer service to do so.
3. You must provide the purchase invoice, your name, return address and contact phone number with the item.
4. Once a return is approved we will credit your original method of payment, excluding the delivery fee (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). A refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Austcrown Pty Ltd.
5. We will not refund items that are broken by the customer or damaged due to typical wear and tear or customer’s misuse. Only manufacturing faults or transit damage will be considered.
6. Return postage must be paid by the customer, this will be refunded if it’s determined that the product has a manufacturing defect.
How can I exchange an item(s) or I just want a refund?
If you would like to exchange a product please follow the same procedure as above. Please make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions for the exchange are clearly indicated. If an exchange is not available we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
All goods must be returned in the condition they were received (as new), including the original packaging, i.e. polybags or boxes. Please note goods will be returned to you if not received in an acceptable refundable/exchangeable condition as outlined above.
Goods will not be accepted after 14 days of purchase without authorisation from Austcrown Pty Ltd customer service.
Product Availability
Should a product be discontinued or no longer available we will advise you by email or phone. A full refund will be provided if an appropriate alternative is not available. Products are only available while stocks last.
Secure ordering over the Internet
Your credit card details are encrypted before sending to Austcrown Pty Ltd, using SSL technology in a similar way your details being encrypted when you perform internet banking transactions. In fact, ordering over the internet poses less risk than giving your credit card details over the phone or sending by mail or fax as there is no human intervention. If you prefer to pay using your credit card via phone, fax or by mail we are quite happy for you to do so.
Cookies
When you place an order we employ cookies which allows our server to store a small file of information on your machine to facilitate your online shopping experience. Rest assured Credit card details are never stored in a cookie.
